SEO Services in Nepal
Local SEO, technical SEO, content and AI search in one engagement — measured against the calls and bookings they produce, not the positions they occupy.

Rankings are the method. Enquiries are the point.
Plenty of agencies will send you a report showing you moved from position 14 to position 9 for a term nobody searches. It is true, it is measurable, and it changes nothing about your month. We would rather be judged on whether the phone rang.
So the work starts from the queries your customers actually type before they choose someone, and it ends at a monthly report written in plain English that ties what we did to what it earned. In between: the technical groundwork, the local signals, the content, and now the work of being the name an AI assistant gives when someone asks it for a recommendation.

- Local brands' websites and software we've built and grown
Four channels, one engagement.
These are not separate retainers. They move together, because a technical fix with nothing worth ranking is as useless as good content on a site Google struggles to crawl.

Local SEO
Showing up when someone nearby searches for exactly what you sell, and being the obvious choice in the three results they actually look at.
- Google Business Profile set up properly, then maintained rather than abandoned
- Name, address and phone made consistent across the directories that count
- Local landing pages for the areas you genuinely serve
- A review process your team can run without being nagged
- Map pack visibility tracked from where your customers actually search

Technical SEO
The groundwork that decides whether anything else you do can work at all. Usually where we find the cheapest wins on an existing site.
- Crawl and index audit — what Google can reach, what it is wasting time on
- Core Web Vitals measured in the field, not just in a lab test
- Site structure, internal links and canonicals made to agree with each other
- Structured data that describes what you actually offer
- Migration and redirect work when the site moves or gets rebuilt
- 0304
Content that answers real queries
Pages built from what people are searching for, written to be worth reading once they land. One clear subject per page, so your own pages stop competing with each other.
- Keyword and query research grounded in your market, not a generic list
- A page plan that gives each query exactly one owner
- Writing and editing, in your voice rather than an obvious template
- Refreshing the pages that have slipped, before writing new ones
- 0404
AI search (GEO)
People increasingly ask an assistant instead of scrolling a results page. Generative engine optimisation is the work of being the business it names back.
- Entity clarity — making it unambiguous who you are and what you do
- Structured data and consistent facts across the sources assistants read
- Content shaped so a passage can be quoted as an answer
- Monitoring which assistants mention you, and for what
Four situations we take on most often.
Invisible outside your own name
Search your business name and you are there. Search what you sell and you are nowhere. The customers who already know you can find you; the ones who don't, can't.
Traffic without enquiries
The numbers in Analytics look healthy and the phone does not ring. Usually the traffic is real but wrong, or the pages give a visitor nothing obvious to do next.
Burned by an agency
You paid monthly for a year, got a dashboard of green arrows, and cannot point to a single customer it produced. Fair warning: we will start by telling you what the last agency actually did.
Losing ground to AI answers
You rank, but fewer people scroll far enough to see it because an assistant answered the question first. The fix is being in the answer, not further up the page beneath it.
Three steps, the same three every time.
Audit and map the opportunity
What you rank for now, what your competitors take from you, what is technically in the way, and which queries are worth the effort. Free, and yours whether or not you hire us.
A written audit and a prioritised plan
Fix, then build
Technical blockers first, because they are cheap and everything else compounds on them. Then the local signals, then the content, in the order the audit said mattered.
Work shipped in order of what it earns
Measure and iterate
Rankings, traffic, calls and enquiries reviewed monthly, in plain English. What moved, what did not, and what we are doing about it next month.
A monthly report you can actually act on

Before you get in touch
- How long does SEO take to work?
- Most clients see meaningful movement within the first 60 to 90 days, with the larger gains between months three and six as rankings, traffic and enquiries start compounding on each other. Technical fixes can show up faster than that. Anyone promising page one in a month is either targeting terms nobody searches or is about to do something you will have to undo.
- How much do SEO services cost in Nepal?
- It depends on how competitive your market is and how much groundwork the site needs before anything can rank. We start with a free audit, then quote against a written plan. We also cap how many clients we take on each month and only take work we think we can actually grow, so the honest answer sometimes is that you do not need us yet.
- Can you guarantee I'll rank first on Google?
- No, and neither can anyone else — nobody selling SEO controls the ranking system. What we will commit to is the work, the reasoning behind it, and reporting that shows you what it produced. If a competitor guarantees position one, ask them what happens contractually when it does not happen.
- What is AI search optimisation, and do I need it?
- Generative engine optimisation is the work of being the business named when someone asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Google's AI overview for a recommendation, rather than only appearing in the classic list of blue links. It relies on much of the same groundwork as ordinary SEO — clear structured data, consistent facts about your business, content written so a passage can be quoted — which is why it is included here rather than sold separately.
- Do you need access to my website to do this?
- For most of it, yes. We need Google Business Profile access, Search Console and Analytics, and enough access to the site to make technical changes. If you would rather your own developer implements our recommendations, we can work that way instead, though it is slower and things tend to get half-done.
- What if my website is the problem?
- We will tell you. Some sites cannot be made fast or crawlable without rebuilding them, and spending months on SEO for a site like that wastes your money. We build sites too, so we can quote for that — but the audit says what it says regardless of which answer suits us.
- Do you work with businesses outside Nepal?
- Yes. We are based in Pokhara and work remotely — local SEO works the same whether your customers are in Pokhara, Sydney or anywhere between. Our published case studies are Nepal-based businesses, so if you want references from your own market, ask and we will be straight about whether we have them.
