2. Accepting these terms

By accessing or using raiserank.com.np you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published here is the version that applies, and the last updated date above tells you when it last changed.

3. What this website is

This site describes who we are and what we do. Everything on it is general information and marketing material.

Nothing on this site is a binding offer, a quotation, or professional advice for your particular situation. Prices, availability, packages and timelines described here may change, and a figure or timeline shown on this site does not commit us to it.

If you want advice or a quotation you can rely on, contact us and we will give it to you in writing.

4. Client work is governed by a separate agreement

These terms cover your use of this website only. They are not the contract for any work we do for you.

When you engage us, the scope, fees, timelines, deliverables, intellectual property, confidentiality and termination arrangements are all set out in a separate written agreement, proposal or statement of work signed by both sides. Where anything in that agreement differs from these terms, that agreement prevails for the work it covers.

5. How you may use this site

You may read, browse, download and print pages from this site for your own business or personal reference. You may quote from it or link to it, provided you credit Raise Rank and do not misrepresent what we said.

You must not:

• •Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting or any connected system

6. Our intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the design, text, code, images, video, logos and the Raise Rank name on this site belong to us or are licensed to us. Our trade marks and brand assets may not be used without our written permission.

Client names and logos shown on this site remain the property of those clients and appear with their agreement.

7. Work we deliver to clients

Nothing on this website transfers any rights in work we produce for a client. Ownership of and licences over deliverables such as code, designs and content are dealt with entirely in the written agreement for that engagement, and normally take effect once we have been paid in full.

8. Case studies, metrics and testimonials

This site publishes results we have achieved for clients, along with their testimonials. Those figures are real, drawn from the tools and analytics accounts used on those projects, and are accurate as at the time they were recorded.

They are examples, not promises. Search rankings, traffic, enquiries and revenue depend on your market, your competitors, your budget, your website, your own responsiveness, and on search engine algorithms that no agency controls. What we achieved for one client is not a forecast of what you will get, and we do not guarantee any particular ranking, traffic level or commercial outcome.

No search engine optimisation provider can guarantee a first position on Google. Anyone who does is misleading you.

9. Third party links and services

This site links to external services, including our social media profiles and third party AI assistants. Those links are provided for convenience and are not an endorsement.

We do not control those services and we are not responsible for their content, their availability, or how they treat your information. Once you leave this site, their terms and privacy policies apply.

10. Availability of the site

We aim to keep this site available and up to date, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, or take it down for maintenance, without notice.

We also do not warrant that the site will be free of errors or that every statement on it remains current.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website, or from your relying on anything published on it. That includes lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost business or lost goodwill, whether the claim is framed in contract, negligence or otherwise.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Our liability for work we carry out for clients is dealt with in the written agreement for that work, not here.

12. Indemnity

If you use this site in breach of these terms and that causes us loss, or leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs, damages and expenses we incur as a result.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and the courts of Kaski District, Nepal have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in.

14. If part of these terms cannot be enforced

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce a right straight away, that is not a waiver of it.

How we handle information about visitors to this site is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
